We believe every child is born with a beautifully unique way of expressing themselves, and creating art has a profound impact on their development and confidence.
However, not every child is given access to basic art materials and programs to help nurture and develop their innate creative abilities. This is why from Once Upon a Wonder’s inception we are committed to giving a portion of our profits to organizations that focus on empowering underserved kids through art.
We are honored to partner with Oasis Center International, an incredibly impactful arts-based community development organization based in Santa Ana, California. Established in 2012, Oasis is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a vision to inspire a generation of underserved youth to fulfill their highest level of life achievement through discovery and development of their inherent creative gifts.
Providing after school mentoring through various arts-oriented programs for children in low-to-moderate income communities, Oasis is committed to restoring arts and cultural enrichment at the core of communities—and believes this starts with a focus on the youth.
The mission of Oasis is to positively impact underserved youth through replicable arts mentoring initiatives and to enhance the skills of local artists through community engagement.
